See where the money goes
Bring job costs and budget information together to get a clearer view of each project’s financial position.
Projects, costs, change orders and site records in one place, on a server that belongs to you.
Quotes, costs, change orders and site notes work the same way in every trade, so the whole company reads the same picture.
By then the invoices are paid, the crew has moved on, and nobody can say exactly where it went. It is almost never one big mistake. It is thirty small ones that nobody added up.
Costs in another. Photos on somebody's phone. The change order agreed by text message and never written down anywhere.
Started with good intentions in January. Now three people edit three copies of it and none of them match.
The honest answer is a phone call to the site, a look through a folder, and a guess. It should be a number on a screen.
Your office and field team work from the same project information. Track costs, completed work, and changes as the job progresses.
Focus on the essentials that help you understand project progress, control costs, and protect your margin.
Contract value, the stages, the tasks and what share of the job each one is worth. Ten minutes, and the project reports on itself from then on.
Costs from the office, site notes and photos from the phone. One cost register, two front doors, and every entry says where it came from.
Compare costs with completed work — every job, every day. A project 71% spent and 40% built says so while it can still be recovered.
Capture a note or photo from the field and link it to the right project. Keep a clear record your team can refer back to when questions come up.
Keep the details that shape a job’s outcome connected—from the first cost to the final site record.
Bring job costs and budget information together to get a clearer view of each project’s financial position.
Record change orders and related details in one place, so agreed work is easier to track alongside the job.
Capture site notes and job updates so important details don’t stay buried in scattered messages or memory.
Make project details, documents, and financial information easier to find when you need to review a job.
Costs, site notes, change orders and invoices all land in the same place, so a job's position is never scattered across five different tools.
Materials, labour, subcontractors and equipment, recorded against both the job and the category. Change orders raise the contract value and the category budget together, so the figures always reconcile.
Only the owner, and whoever the owner names, can edit a recorded cost. The old value and the new one are both kept.
The daily note, the photos, the delivery that turned up short. Written on a phone in a half-built kitchen and still there in two years when somebody disputes it.
Nordic delivered at 08:20. Two upper doors scratched on the face. Photographed and emailed to their rep. Replacements promised Thursday.

Projexin is installed on a server that belongs to you, in your company's name. Your contracts, your prices, your clients never sit on our machines, because we do not have a copy.
Every notification lives inside the software. It never emails your staff or clients.
Server passwords are handed to you in writing. We keep nothing after handover.
One button, one file, everything you have. Never locked in.
Its location is your decision, set at installation and never moved without you.
Three days, no card, nothing to arrange. A private environment, prepared immediately with work from your own trade already in it.
Projexin is installed on a server that belongs to you. Here is exactly what happens, who does what, and what never leaves your office.
You make the decisions and the first job. We, or your IT person, do the technical part.
Choose Standard, Pro or Premium, and pay monthly or yearly. Choose whether we set the server up or you use your own. Nothing is charged until you place the order.
If we set it up, a server is created in your company's name, in the region you choose. If you use your own, you give us access, or your IT person follows the installer guide.
One installation, one company, one licence. Your office signs in from any browser, and your crew's phones use it too. The installation is checked before anything is handed over.
Every server password is written down and given to you. We keep none of them. You also receive a signed handover sheet and the getting-started guide.
Enter the contract value, the stages, the tasks and what share of the job each one is worth. From then on the project reports on itself.
Add the people in the office, up to the number your edition includes (5, 15 or 50). Your crew and subcontractors never need a login: they are records in the system, and you assign work to them.
That is the whole installation. After it, updates look after themselves.
Everyone works against the server in your company's name. Our side only ever sees a few small messages, never your jobs.
In your company's name
After the first day there is very little to do. Here is what happens in the background.
New versions arrive by themselves, in a quiet window in the early hours of your local time. You do not have to do anything, or be there.
Every update is digitally signed and verified before it is installed, so only genuine Projexin releases ever run on your server.
If an update does not start cleanly, your server returns to the last working version, database included. Your office keeps working.
When we set up the server, backups are set up properly and checked every night. With your own server, the guide shows exactly what to back up.
Questions and faults go through the software itself, which attaches the technical detail for you. Replies within 2 business days, faster on Pro and Premium.
If a subscription lapses, Projexin goes read-only: you can still open, search, print and export everything.
We never email your staff or clients. The only email is a 6-digit security code to the owner, when recovering the account.
One button in Settings gives you an Excel workbook with a sheet for each section, and every photo and document in folders by project. No notice, no fee.
The server is in your company's name. If you ever want us gone, you keep the server, the software and everything in it.
We never held your data, so there is nothing for us to return or delete on our side.
Set up while you wait. Filled with your kind of work.
Three editions of the same software. Choose by how many people work in your office. Installation, a first consultation and support in writing come with every one.
We install it, configure it and hand you every password. No installation fee.
We plan with you how your company will use Projexin, before your team starts.
Questions and faults answered in writing, from inside the software. Updates arrive on their own.
Every edition already includes support in writing. If you would like more, we can arrange it for you, shaped around your company and agreed after a conversation. The cost is calculated separately, based on the work and effort involved.
Someone alongside you while you get started, or when something new comes up.
Sessions for your office team and site leads, using your own jobs as the examples.
Bringing in your existing jobs, costs and contacts so you start with a full picture.
Fitting the way Projexin is used to the way your company already runs its jobs.
A few lines is enough. What you would like help with, and roughly when.
A short conversation to understand your work and agree what is actually needed.
The price is worked out separately, based on the work and effort involved. Nothing starts until you agree.
For companies who already have a server, or someone who looks after IT. You look after the server and the backups; we install Projexin and hand it over.
For companies without in-house IT. The server is registered in your company's name and hosted in the region you select. We can assist with server setup, backup configuration and server-health monitoring options. Hosting charges are billed directly to your company by the hosting provider.
The server is bought in your company's name and every password is handed to you. We are not holding your data and we are not your landlord. If you ever want us gone, you keep the server, the software and everything in it.
Each edition includes a set number of office users: 5, 15 or 50. Your crew and subcontractors never need accounts, and never count towards the number.
Yes. You can move up whenever you like. You pay the difference and your licence updates itself at its next check. You can move down once the number of people in your office fits the smaller edition.
Yes. We install Projexin, set it up and hand it over, and we hold a first consultation to plan how your company will use it. There is no installation fee with any edition.
Questions and faults are answered in writing, from inside the software, which attaches the technical detail for you. Replies come within 2 business days on Standard, 1 business day on Pro and the same business day on Premium. We can also help from a distance, but only when you invite us in.
The software goes read-only. You can still open, search, print and export everything. Nothing is deleted or hidden. Start paying again and it picks up where it was.
Yes, on every edition. One button in Settings gives you an Excel workbook with a sheet for each section, plus every photo and document in folders by project. No notice, no request, no fee.
No, and that is deliberate. Only office staff sign in. Crew and subs are records in the system, and you never pay for them.
No, and we could not if we wanted to. Your data is not on our machines. We make money from the licence. That is the whole business model.
Set up while you wait. Filled with your kind of work. Three days, no card, nothing to arrange.
We will email you the details of your private demo shortly.
